How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Does the NuForm Micro Current device vibrate?
No. Your NuForm Micro current device does not vibrate or contract the muscles. Microcurrent technology gently stimulates the facial muscles with low-level electrical current.
Can I use my Micro Current device on my neck?
Yes! Our device is ideal to lift and tone the neck area. Be sure to focus your device on the sides of the neck and jaw line, avoiding the mid section of the neck.
What areas can I use the Micro Current device on?
Our device has been specifically made to target larger areas such as the neck, cheeks, and forehead.
Is the Collagen Powder vegan or vegetarian?
It contains marine collagen (from fish), so it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians and should be avoided by anyone with fish allergies.
There is an item missing from my order, what do I do?
We are sorry if there is an item missing from your order. We may have sent your items in separate parcels, if we have you will receive more than one tracking number. However, if you have not received more than one tracking number and a item is missing please email us at: info@nuformskinlab.co.uk
